What You’ll Be Responsible For

Multi‑Store Leadership & Daily Operations

- Lead, coach, and hold accountable multiple Store Managers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Establish operational discipline, consistency, and ownership across all locations.
- Ensure stores execute to Qargo Coffee standards every day, not just during audits.

Sales Growth & Performance Improvement

- Drive sales growth through operational excellence, service standards, and execution.
- Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Coach teams on upselling, service flow, speed, and customer engagement.

Hands‑On Field Leadership

- Work directly inside stores, training, coaching, fixing issues in real time.
- Step in when needed to demonstrate proper execution, service, and procedures.
- Build credibility with teams by leading through action, not theory.

Store Openings & Business Launches





- Lead and support new store openings from pre‑opening to post‑launch stabilization.
- Ensure systems, staffing, training, and operations are fully ready for opening day.
- Set stores up for immediate operational and financial succes.

Standardization, Culture & Customer Service

- Translate Qargo Coffee’s values and culture into standardized customer service nationwide.
- Create, implement, and enforce SOPs, training programs, and service standards.
- Ensure every customer experience reflects the brand, no matter the location.

Communication Systems & Reporting

- Build and manage a clear communication system between operations, store managers, and leadership.
- Ensure issues, data, and feedback flow quickly and accurately.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and drive accountability across the network.

Problem Solving & Operational Control

- Resolve operational challenges quickly, staffing, supply chain, service breakdowns, or compliance.
- Maintain control under pressure and keep stores running at a high level.

Who You Are

- 5+ years of operations leadership in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or franchising.
- Proven experience opening and running successful multi‑unit businesses.
- Strong background leading multiple store managers.
- Deep understanding of customer service, speed of service, quality control, and sales drivers.
- Strong communicator who can inspire, correct, and align teams.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and execution‑focused.
- Advanced English (C1/C2).
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, POS systems.
- Willing to travel frequently for store openings and field support.
- Valid U.S. visa required.
