Overview

Associate Finance Manager – Hybrid Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Join our team of professionals to support business leaders across the organization with financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Colombian leaders (General Manager, Commercial, Logistics, HR, RGM, Industry, etc.) and provide financial reporting and support around the Business Unit/Brands/Categories/Channel/POS performance, investments, costs, and ROI on promotional activities.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the business.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators: P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic projects.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with functional and business area managers to understand drivers of performance and support decision‑making to drive growth and improve profitability.
- Monitor daily net sales (NSV) and gross margin, offering recommendations or corrective actions for deviations from target, with visibility on drivers such as exchange rate, volume, mix, and price.
- Conduct KPI analysis and business performance reviews, including P&L;, working capital, channel, customer, SBU, brands, etc.
- Manage budgeting activities: build the annual budget, update quarterly forecasts and weekly pulse; analyze SG&A; by cost center, function, and account.
- Provide analysis for ad‑hoc requests (new product launch, commercial initiatives, pricing models, etc.).




- Collaborate with the Order to Cash (OTC) team, overseeing DSO, aging, and credit exposure challenges.
- Challenge and track pricing initiatives, go‑to‑market changes, product mix shifts, and gross‑to‑net prioritization.
- Support and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasting models to enable operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Review and approve payment batches prepared by AP, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with funding plans.
- Monitor foreign‑exchange exposure (COP/USD) and provide insights into currency impacts with risk‑mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Minimum 7 years of FP&A; or business planning experience in multinational companies.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with HFM is a plus.
- Strong finance discipline, strategic and critical thinking, and clear communication.
- Ability to anticipate and serve evolving business needs.
