We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead end-to-end digital strategy for higher education institutions. This role requires a senior professional with deep expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, and admissions funnels. You will collaborate with creative and analytics teams, manage performance-driven campaigns, and deliver measurable growth in student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital strategy for higher education clients.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Drive conversion optimization toward enrollments and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between strategy and content.
- Make data-driven decisions, avoiding vanity metrics.
- Continuously review and improve admissions funnels, growth loops, and performance frameworks.
- Provide strategic reports and insights to key clients.
Daily Workflow Snapshot
- Review current paid media campaigns and analyze performance.
- Adjust and optimize campaigns to meet enrollment and lead-generation goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams on messaging and visual assets.
- Coordinate with analytics teams to evaluate funnel performance and attribution.
- Ensure CRM, tracking,
and automation systems are functioning correctly.
- Present strategic updates and reports to key clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on higher education.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), analytics tools, and automation platforms.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level (mandatory) for international client communication.
- Valid U.S. visa (mandatory).
- Residency in Bogotá, Colombia.

- Analytics: Google Analytics, attribution tools.
