Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team in Bogota. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support various business units
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the leadership team
- Optimize existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience with MS Excel reporting, MS Access, PowerPoint, Pivot tables, slicers, and PowerPivot
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as live vox, Genesys and capable of migrating excel reports from the Live vox platform to Genesys.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent data visualization skills and ability to present complex information clearly
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools quickly
- Experience in creating reports for leadership teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
