QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight management customer service, or a related role
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools. Experience with SAP and logistics/transportation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Knowledge of international trade and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and with clients.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- B2+ level of English
