We’re hiring a highly execution-driven Community Manager to manage Qargo Coffee’s digital presence, protect our brand reputation, and drive engagement across all platforms.

This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role where speed, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to 100% of DMs, comments, and mentions
- Manage and respond to all Google Reviews (by store)
- Escalate negative feedback within 24 hours
- Run daily trend scans and share insights
- Deliver Daily Brand Pulse updates
- Community performance report (engagement, reach, sentiment)
- Execute 2 campaigns/week (Product + Brand/Franchise)
- Identify franchise leads & customer insights




- Brand performance & sentiment report
- Campaign and trend effectiveness analysis
- Strategic recommendations

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years in Community Management / Social Media
- Strong understanding of social platforms & trends
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Experience with multi-location or hospitality brands is a plus
