Connectly in Bogotá seeks a hands-on Controller to oversee the full accounting and financial operations function across multiple geographies. This high-impact role will report directly to the CFO and ensure the accuracy of the books while managing relationships with outsourced accounting firms.

You will not be in a back-office role but the single point of accountability for all financial operations, supervising a junior FinOps team member and working in a hybrid environment.
