In this position, you will serve as a key development and operations support partner to the manager, working collaboratively with diverse, cross‑functional teams across integral markets. Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive HR systems support and solutions specifically tailored to the Latin America region, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement of human resources technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Collaboration & Solution Development
- Partner with internal organizational departments to develop comprehensive Workday solutions and processes that deliver exceptional user experiences and optimize operational efficiency.

- Workday Configuration & Management

- Lead cross‑functional Workday configuration across multiple modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Advanced Reporting.
- Support the strategic implementation of upcoming project phases encompassing Benefits Administration, Payroll Systems, and Absence Management.

- Technical Expertise & Knowledge Leadership





- Support complex system implementations and integrations with related HR technology platforms.

- Problem Resolution & System Optimization

- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while addressing complex technical challenges.
- Develop sophisticated workflow rules, data validations, and system customizations to enhance functionality.

- Compliance & Security Management

- Ensure all system controls and processes meet rigorous internal and external audit requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain the highest levels of data security and integrity across all HR systems and processes.

- Documentation & Training Support

- Maintain comprehensive change documentation and develop effective training materials for end users.
- Support the implementation and integration of local payroll systems across multiple jurisdictions.
