Your Mission
The Account Manager acts as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal teams. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of existing portfolios, from initial onboarding and performance tracking to issue resolution with a relentless focus on account optimization and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication.
- Conduct regular Business Reviews to align client goals with our service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Execute data-driven optimization strategies to maximize the ROI (Return on Investment) for each client account.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues, acting as a bridge between the client and technical/operational teams.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to drive organic revenue growth.
What You’ll Bring
- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or managing corporate accounts/portfolios (mandatory)
- English B2 level (mandatory) + Portuguese C1 level
- Experience in BPO (preferred)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and KPI visualization.
- Strong understanding of KPI's
- Knowledge in the use of CRM's
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, general, and results-driven environment
