What you will do
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients;
- Self-generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments;
- Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets;
- Client Relationship Management:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions;
- Create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients;
- Develop rapport with key decision‑makers;
- Translate proposals into ready‑to‑sign contracts;
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients;
- Customize proposals based on each client’s specific business needs;
- Networking and Conferences:
- Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network;
- Represent our company professionally during in‑person interactions;
- Sales Lifecycle Ownership:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick‑off.
Must haves
- 1+ year sales/client facing experience (can also include HR, Recruiting or other external/internal client facing experience);
- Great charisma, personable and strong negotiation skills;
- Extremely self‑motivated, high energy with excellent communication skills in English;
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities;
- Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation (mix of self‑generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth);
- VISA/ability to travel to the US.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with CRM tools, like Zoho, for maintaining client activities;
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced university student;
- Some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry;
- Some understanding of overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US;
- Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms and tools;
- Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy and training.
