At Empresa confidencial, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Mulesoft/Guidewire to work on an international project.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally working in MuleSoft or Guidewire.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and end-to-end application workflows.
- Effective communicator with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings, driving consensus, and ensuring project momentum.

Responsibilities

- Lead discussions and working sessions with technical teams and business stakeholders to define integration needs and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements related to APIs and system integration workflows.




- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to support the delivery of integration solutions.
- Maintain a clear understanding of current-state and future-state integration architecture.
- Support testing and validation efforts, including the creation of user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with related technologies such as .Net, AWS.
- Insurance industry experience, exposure to policy center, billing center, and claim center.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Additional Skills

Involves working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to drive integration initiatives, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery across systems and platforms.
