About the Job

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Communications Manager to join the IntouchCX global Communications team. Working closely with LATAM countries and reporting to the Director of General communications, this role is responsible for shaping and strengthening IntouchCX corporate image and reputation across external audiences. This role also leads the implementation of internal communications initiatives and supports the positioning of IntouchCX as a global employer, contributing to our talent acquisition objectives.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams, executives, and other key collaborators to craft compelling narratives that resonate with internal and external audiences. You'll join a team that's a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the company and utilizes a variety of channels and tools to reach its target audiences.

As Communications Manager, You Will…

- Lead the development and implementation of regional and corporate communication strategies, ensuring alignment with global priorities and business goals.
- Own projects end to end from strategic planning and narrative development to execution, optimization, and performance measurement.




- Plan and coordinate 360 external communication campaigns in LATAM, working closely with internal teams to oversee delivery, quality and impact.
- Drive all aspects of external communications, including media relations, public relations, earned media, brand positioning and industry visibility.
- Transform complex information into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse internal and external audiences.
- Advise regional and department leaders on content strategy, channel planning, messaging, and timing.
- Strengthen brand presence through proactive storytelling, thought leadership and media opportunities.
- Lead crisis and issues communications within the region, providing strategy, tools and hands‑on support.
- Support the day‑to‑day activities of the corporate communications team by developing, curating and reviewing content, including articles for the corporate website, intranet and key internal platforms, press releases and key messaging materials.
- Adapt messaging to regional realities, ensuring cultural relevance, regulatory compliance and alignment with our global brand.
- Lead cross‑org communication campaigns, managing objectives, project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Own the regional and corporate editorial calendars, ensuring consistency and timing across multiple channels.
- Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to assess communication performance and optimize campaigns.

As Communications Manager, You Need…





- 8+ years of experience in communications for large or global organizations, with strength in strategy, content development, media relations, or related fields.
- C1 English proficiency, with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading communication teams and projects from start to end, including strategy, execution, stakeholder management and measurement.
- A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, message clarity and audience engagement.
- Proven ability as a strategic thinker, storyteller and technical writer with high editorial standards.
- Solid experience in internal communications, media management, external communications and press engagement.
- Hands‑on working knowledge of Google Workspace, corporate intranets and digital content tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and brand consistency.
