We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud to help translate business needs into clear Agile user stories and maintain end‑to‑end traceability across delivery. You will partner closely with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to manage scope, dependencies and backlog priorities.

Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into clear Agile user stories with acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the Solution Architect and Project Manager




- Clarify scope by defining in‑scope vs out‑of‑scope functionality
- Identify dependencies and communicate impacts to the delivery team
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, configuration, and testing outcomes
- Align stakeholders on backlog priorities and requirement changes
- Support delivery by refining requirements to be testable and implementation‑ready

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting delivery teams
- Lead‑level leadership skills to align stakeholders on scope and priorities
- Strong analytical skills to identify dependencies and maintain requirement traceability
- Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
- Clear communication skills to document requirements and acceptance criteria
