Overview: We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and results-driven Associate Manager - Transportation Services to join our team. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of our transportation services across Jamaica and Colombia, with a strong focus on supporting night operations and addressing real-time challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the night shift operations for transportation services in Jamaica and Colombia, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Supervise and support Transportation Specialists; serve as their primary escalation point.
- Monitor the transportation app and vendor performance dashboards to ensure system health, cost and service quality.
- Respond to and resolve high-priority issues or employee escalations in real time.
- Liaise with transportation vendors to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to update and implement transportation policies and procedures.
- Own documentation of incidents, tracking metrics, and reporting for audit or leadership reviews.
- Participate in hiring, training, and development of the transportation team.
- Partner with other departments (HR, Facilities, Security)



to align transportation services with broader organizational goals.
- Drive employee satisfaction by ensuring a safe, reliable, and user-friendly transportation experience.
- Be available to work versatile shifts, including weekends, holidays, or late evenings when necessary.

Qualifications

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transportation, operations, or people management.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to support both geographies effectively.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and operational workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work during night shifts or as required.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to operate outside of regular business hours.
- Power BI, Data Analysis skills.
