What You'll Do:
- Hire team members with proper scorecards for each role, and establish training content and regimen for new team members
- Participate in creation of new business strategy to drive accelerated growth through differentiated product and pricing strategy and increasing operational capacity
- Help to improve short
- or long-term strategies, processes, and policies.
- Provide research and analysis in your area of expertise to help management make business decisions.
- Grow revenue for the my assigned team through the effective management and expansion of the existing account(s)
- Ensures that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of client business objectives and the plans in place to attain those objectives
- Establish, maintain, and continue growth in the following processes.
- Establish and track the following KPIs/benchmark.
- Redefine and operationalize SFDC setup.
