- Responsabilities:_

- he credit & Collections Analyst must be a responsible person with great skills in Microsoft, a selfresourceful person who looks for solutions with the knowledge acquired and has a high level of spoken and written English, you must have logic and math skills to work with invoice histories of large clients, experience in customer service and calls handling._

- _Take different type of calls regarding general customer inquiries._

- _Make outbound calls to suspended customers with open AR in their accounts._

- _Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties._

- _Process high volume of invoice write offs._

- Requirements:_

- Education: Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred_

- Experience:_

- _Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience._

- _Demonstrated financial skills._

- _Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint._
