Key Responsibilities

Backend Infrastructure & Performance
- Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Development & Integration
- Develop and manage server-side logic, database architecture, and API integrations.
- Implement efficient data storage solutions and optimize database queries.
- Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend and mobile functionality.

Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless data flow and a consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to enhance app functionality and overall user satisfaction.




- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide backend support as needed.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Implement effective fixes and preventive measures to enhance stability and security.

Ad Hoc Tasks
- Perform other backend development tasks as assigned to support evolving project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
- Expertise in RESTful and GraphQL APIs integration and management.
- Experience with React Native or similar frameworks is a MUST HAVE.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of backend security best practices, authentication, and data protection.
