Job Overview

Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employee relations and support retention initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruiting, with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Familiarity with employee relations practices and principles.




- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and software; experience with Kronos is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruiting Computer Science professionals in South America (Mexico, Chile, Argentina, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in South American market.
- Strong understanding of the engineering job market in South America.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.

Compensation:
- This is a contract position with compensation based on successful hires.
