Billing Analyst (Healthcare Sector - On-site)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Work Arrangement: On-site
Salary: COP 2,700,000 monthly
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About Us

We are an international company specializing in healthcare services and revenue cycle management (RCM) for the U.S. market. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Billing Analyst with strong English skills who wants to grow in a dynamic and multicultural professional environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Review patient clinical records to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Generate and submit medical claims to U.S. insurers via clearinghouse systems or direct data entry.
- Verify insurance coverage prior to claim submission.
- Provide daily reports to the RCM team on claims submitted and denial rates.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Manage insurance claim denials and perform timely corrections.




- Comply with privacy regulations such as HIPAA and maintain strict confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in medical billing, preferably within the U.S. healthcare system.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) essential for daily communication.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and billing software tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
