Medical Accounts Quality Analyst

What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Accounts Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating medical claims before submission to insurance payers, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Your work will be key to minimizing denials, maximizing reimbursements, and maintaining billing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-submission audits of claims entered in billing systems or EMR.
- Verify accuracy of patient demographics, insurance, provider, and clinical information.
- Review CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes, and modifiers for compliance and accuracy.
- Confirm required prior authorizations, referrals, and supporting documentation.
- Validate Place of Service (POS) codes and billing provider identifiers.




- Identify discrepancies or missing data and return claims for correction.
- Maintain detailed logs of audits and corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with CMS regulations and payer-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to prevent recurring errors.
- Provide daily reports to the RCM manager on findings and compliance issues.

Schedule & Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: 2,700,000 COP monthly
- On-site position
