We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Partner to be the right hand of our Middle America leadership team (Colombia,



Costa Rica & Perú), ensuring DiDi Food has the right strategy and responsible for the execution of it. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, operations, and product teams, as well as direct interaction with partner restaurants to make sure our strategy is impactful.

Role Responsibilities:
- Leading a team responsible for creating and executing the restaurant strategy for Middle America and Perú, while having strong decision making in user strategies;
- Implementing the full life cycle of restaurant campaigns, ensuring they integrate both digital and offline components;
- Working closely with restaurant partners to define attractive promotions, considering their needs and business goals;
- Collaborating with the commercial/sales team to craft compelling value propositions and pitches that drive restaurant engagement;
