The Field Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to our regional marketing team, planning high-level field activity and event goals and onsite logistics against key internal metrics, including increasing pipeline and accelerating deals in our sales pipeline.

To support our growing team, we're looking for a highly organized person to help us in our overall marketing efforts.

As an integral part of the LATAM regional team, you will support and take ownership of regional marketing initiatives. You will prioritize, plan, and execute regional marketing activities and events, working with the regional marketing manager to target high-value prospects via specific marketing activities, channel and alliance partnerships.

Responsibilities




- Support field marketing campaigns that drive to specific goals, are measurable, and comprehensive - from digital to live event experience and everything in between
- Secure suitable venues for regional events, per event type and budget
- Support logístical pre/during/post execution of field events, including tradeshows, conferences, workshops and more
- Manage external contractors, vendors and agencies for creative services, material manufacture and shipping and on-the-ground logistics
- Facilitate lead gathering and reporting
- Build invites, registration pages, and lead flow into Salesforce to ensure excellent pre
- and post-event results
- Continually research new event activities and provide recommendations to regional team
- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Show judgment and initiative: understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions

Requirements:
