Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main objective is to guarantee the development and execution of effective strategies through contact channels,
developing actions that accompany the commercial team. Its purpose is to maximize commercial resources for market adoption, gaining market share and increasing sales. The scope of this role includes deeply understanding the target market, defining the value proposition, managing capabilities to improve service levels, coordinating sales activities, and analyzing data to optimize market strategy.
Your Impact
- GTM Strategy Development: Define and articulate the contact strategy through the different channels (DSD, OT, Proxi, Mayor) including market segmentation, portfolio positioning and execution standards.
- Performance of sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve growth and expansion objectives.
- Planning and Alignment: Align detailed plans to strengthen the service through our commercial team, ensuring coordination between the marketing, sales and operations teams.
