JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS
- Certification in Auto Body Repair or Spray Painting (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in automotive spray painting or bodywork (internal spray work is a plus).
- Ability to work in confined spaces and use ladders or lifts when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physically fit, able to lift and move tools/materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Fluent in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare vehicle interiors and internal body components for spray painting by cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colours using computerized systems or manual techniques to ensure colour accuracy and finish consistency.
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and perform touch-ups as needed.




- Ensure proper curing and drying of paint finishes using heat lamps or spray booth baking systems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces, including spray booths and equipment.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations regarding paint handling, ventilation, and PPE use.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
