Flight Itinerary (About The Role):
We are looking for an experienced Program Director that will sit at the helm of a complex and expansive enterprise software development initiative.

The role encompasses strategic leadership, project oversight, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the successful and timely execution of the program.

This role supports driving alignment between each work stream, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining a clear communication channel with stakeholders at all levels.



Managing client expectations through frequent communication and data driven reporting are critical to success in this role. Experience in technical, functional, managerial, and client management domains will prove important in directing the program to a successful and timely conclusion.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of managing a complex program including coordination with the client, 3rd parties, and internal FLYR stakeholders, as well as ensuring timely execution against detailed implementation plans.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program, measuring and reporting on key performance indicators and making improvements as needed.
- Supervise teams of delivery managers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Report detailed status updates to leadership and executive teams.
