Senior Associate - Corporate Law and M&A;:
Experience ranging from 7 to 10 years in the practice of the profession,
with a strong focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A;). Experience in advising national and international clients on topics such as: - Preparation and negotiation of contracts for the sale of shares and assets - Structuring and management of investment vehicles - Preparation and negotiation of shareholder agreements - Design and implementation of corporate reorganisation structures (spin-off, merger, transformation) - Design of corporate governance structures - Procedures for the dissolution and liquidation of companies
