Remote Intake Specialist Job description:
Dear Applicant, due to the severe fluctuation of the currency in. The pay will be between $800.00 to $1000.00 US DOLLARS per month depending on experience.

The Personal Injury Hub is a growing Marketing Consultant Firm in Miami, FL. Our goal is to connect our community with the best attorneys and medical centers in the country, that would legally represent a client after an accident. We are not a Law firm; however, we work closely with them.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough intake interviews with clients, gathering all relevant information and documentation to facilitate the legal process.
- Review and verify client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and analyze documents, such as police reports, and other relevant materials.
- Assist in the preparation of documents.
- Conduct research to gather additional information necessary for the client.
- Manage data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for clients.




- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless communication and case management.
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Skills:
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Ability to review and analyze documents effectively.
- Strong writing skills in English and Spanish for preparing documents.
- Experience in research and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

Requisites:
- Evening Shift-Weekends (1 weekend day) Required
- High Speed Internet
- Noise canceling headphones
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA regulations

Language:
- Speak, write, read English and Spanish? (required).
