Your new role
As the Senior Market Access and Commercial Director, you will:
- Define and lead integrated access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for new launches and in-line products.
- Develop value propositions and health economic models to support inclusion in national formularies and reimbursement lists.
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, including national payer bodies, HTA organisations, and institutional and retailer stakeholders.
- Represent Novo Nordisk in meetings with the Ministry of Health, pricing committees,



and other decision-making entities.
- Monitor healthcare policy changes, regulatory shifts, and budgetary decisions to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, and commercial strategic teams to ensure alignment.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of access professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, compliance, and stakeholder value.
