Team Overview:
As a Performance Ops Intern, you will support the Merchant Operations team at DiDi Shop across SSL (Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica).



This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in operational excellence, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll learn how to track and improve key performance metrics, supporting initiatives that directly impact merchant growth and Completion Rate.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining performance reports and dashboards (SQL/Excel/Sheets).
- Support analysis of cancellation reasons, Completion Rate trends, and operational bottlenecks.
- Help prepare presentations and insights for cross-functional meetings with Ops, Sales, and Product.
- Contribute to projects such as merchant onboarding, readiness, and performance optimization.
- Document processes, create guides, and ensure proper knowledge sharing across markets.

Role Qualifications:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
