The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist with strong expertise in LinkedIn and social media marketing, preferably with knowledge or interest in real estate and multifamily investments.

This role is adecuado for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional who is creative, proactive, and eager to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage our investors and community.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to grow engagement, followers,



and brand presence.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts).
- Support the production and promotion of podcasts, videos, and YouTube content.
- Create and implement campaigns (organic and paid) tailored to attract investors.
- Design and publish visual content aligned with our branding.
- Track metrics and provide monthly reports on campaign performance.
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Partners to align marketing with company goals.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Bilingual:Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
- Knowledge or interest in real estate, multifamily, or investment marketing.
- Experience with video editing, podcast management, or YouTube growth.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
