Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Generating strategies to improve driver and passenger engagement, loyalty and retention.




- Creating new initiatives to efficiently balance our marketplace.
- Doing data analysis to understand day-to-day behavior of our users and our competition
- Improving the efficiency KPIs through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis
- Collaborating with several supporting areas like marketing, product, and user research to place the user’s experience at the core of the driver and passenger experience.

Role Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL.
- Familiarity with Python and R is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
