What You Will Do:
- Provide L1 customer support and pre-sales assistance for eCommerce
- Answer product-related questions and guide leads in choosing the right solution
- Guide leads in choosing the right solution, pitch the product when relevant
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English (C1 for both written and spoken is a must)
- Experience in customer support:
- Pre-sales experience:
- Attention to details
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)



and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
