What can you expect?

The Process and Project Specialist plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and managing resources and processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs within defined scope, timeline, quality, and budget. This role focuses on driving continuous process improvements enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management tools and process improvement frameworks will be advantageous.

We will rely on you to:
- Manages large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals by planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize business processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Analyzes complex project-related issues,



identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conducts comprehensive assessments of existing processes, recommending actionable solutions to address identified gaps and inefficiencies.
- Analyzes service quality metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Leads cross-functional teams and establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and communication to achieve milestones and ensure alignment.
- Prepares and presents project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
- Evaluates project outcomes, implementing lessons learned to enhance future performance and efficiency.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or proces
