You will be responsible for managing and recovering accounts receivable, ensuring
timely payments in compliance with established terms. The role focuses on maintaining positive client relationships while optimizing the company’s cash flow

What You’ll Do
- Manage and recover the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
- Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate payments.
- Negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies with sales and billing teams.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on overdue accounts and collection metrics.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable for U.S. or international companies.:
- Conversational English level (B2-C1) to communicate effectively with clients abroad.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or ERP knowledge is a plus.
