Databricks Architect / Cloud Data Architect
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Databricks Architect to join our team.
The Databricks Architect designs and oversees enterprise-level data solutions using Databricks. They set architecture standards, best practices, and guide the implementation of scalable and secure data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design enterprise-level data pipelines and architectures using Databricks
Define best practices for data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics
Integrate Databricks with cloud ecosystems, data warehouses, and BI tools
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met
Mentor engineers and oversee code and architecture reviews
Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the platform
Requirements:
5-10+ years in data engineering or architecture roles
Proven experience designing large-scale Databricks or Spark-based solutions
Extensive experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark
Expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and distributed computing
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
English level B2 or higher conversational (will be validated)
