Our People team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team in Colombia with scope over Colombia and Macam Clusters. In this position, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Cluster, ensuring the attraction of top talent and the effective delivery of recruitment and selection processes.

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Head, this position partners closely with the Local People Director and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with regional frameworks.



It also plays a key role in coaching the TA team, driving innovation, and contributing to strategic People initiatives.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate with other TA Leads across the Americas as part of the Regional Community of Expertise, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency across markets.

What you’ll do
- Attraction:Bring Inchcape’s integral EVP to life within the Clusters by developing a local content and communication plan that strengthens our employer brand. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn) and design targeted attraction strategies for key talent segments, including early careers, diverse hires, technicians, leadership, digital, and other profiles.
