Role
We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications across the frontend and backend. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and cloud-native architectures on AWS .
This is a hybrid position based in Medellín or Bogotá , offering a balance between onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain fullstack applications using React and Next.js.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python and AWS cloud services.
- Architect and implement serverless solutions leveraging:




- API Gateway
- AWS Lambda
- Step Functions
- Design and evolve microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
- Define technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement monitoring and observability using CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices and code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decision-making.

Must-have Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including fullstack development.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Strong experience with React and Next.js.
