We are seeking a Developer / Engineer for a direct and permanent position to join our onsite technology team in Colombia , supporting enterprise‑level platforms for integral clients across North America and Europe. This role is open to professionals with 2 to 15 years of experience and a strong background in Linux-based systems, middleware technologies, automation, and secure application delivery .
The selected candidate will work closely with international teams, contributing to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical systems, while communicating effectively in advanced English .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise applications running on Linux (RHEL 8) environments.
- Administer and support middleware platforms including IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and IBM MQ .
- Execute and manage application deployments using uDeploy , Jenkins , and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate operational tasks and job scheduling using Autosys and RBA .




- Work with version control and collaboration tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket .
- Support secure file transfers and workload integrations using Connect:Direct .
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards using Black Duck and CyberArk .
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term remediation solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with development, infrastructure, and security teams in a global environment.
- Communicate clearly with international stakeholders in English and Spanish .

Educational & Technical Requirements / Technical Requirements & Expertise
- 2–15 years of professional experience in application support, platform engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Linux RHEL 8 .
- Proven expertise in WebSphere Application Server, IHS, and IBM MQ .
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy .
- Working knowledge of Autosys , RBA , and workload automation t
