We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior SAP Basis Administrator to take ownership of architecting, managing, and optimizing the technical infrastructure of SAP systems. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to ensure system stability, scalability, and high performance while driving strategic initiatives for improved operational efficiency. This role requires collaborating across teams to resolve complex technical issues and align SAP environments with organizational goals.




Responsibilities
- Design, review, and implement complex system architecture solutions, ensuring robust performance analysis and providing strategic oversight to eliminate process inefficiencies
- Ensure consistent delivery of services within SLAs and project milestones, while mentoring teams on adopting best practices and using advanced KPIs for continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership in collaborations with functional, ABAP, and infrastructure teams, driving solutions for high-level system administration challenges
- Partner with SAP HANA application implementation teams to maintain sustainable support and optimize system performance
- Plan and oversee advanced SAP maintenance tasks and BASIS administration processes for SAP HANA, ensuring compliance with current industry standards
