We're looking for a Senior Event Coordinator who thrives on
bringing communities together. In this role, you'll lead the
strategy and execution of engaging events across multiple coffee
shop locations, turning each store into a vibrant local hub while
driving brand awareness and sales. This is a highly collaborative
role for someone who combines creative event planning, strong
vendor negotiation skills, and operational excellence . What You'll
Do Develop and manage a multi-city event strategy and calendar
tailored to the unique communities around each store. Plan and
execute in-store and local community events that increase foot
traffic, engagement, and brand loyalty. Source, negotiate, and
manage vendors to secure the best services while optimizing event
budgets. Partner closely with store managers, marketing, and
operations teams to ensure seamless event execution across
locations. Track and analyze event performance,
customer
engagement, and ROI , using insights to continuously improve future
initiatives. Ensure every event reflects brand standards and
creates memorable customer experiences . What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably managing
events across multiple locations. Proven ability to negotiate with
vendors and manage event budgets effectively . Strong project
management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills .
A creative mindset with a passion for building community-driven
