Position Overview We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Analyst to lead, optimize, and scale our paid advertising efforts across multiple markets. This role goes beyond campaign execution. You will be responsible for translating ad spend into measurable business growth, connecting marketing performance to real store revenue, and building scalable systems that improve efficiency and ROI. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across: Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)



Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) TikTok Ads (as applicable) Manage and allocate budgets across multiple locations and campaigns Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize key metrics, including: Cost per Lead (CPL) Cost per Acquisition (CPA) Click-Through Rate (CTR) Conversion Rate Continuously improve performance through structured testing of: Creative assets Audience targeting Offers Landing pages Data & Analytics Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights Track full-funnel performance: Ad Lead Store Visit Purchase Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership, marketing, and sales teams Lead Generation & Sales Alignment Optimize campaigns focused on franchise lead generation Collaborate with the sales team to improve: Lead quality Conversion rates Ensure alignment with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) Store-Level Marketing Support Execute l
