JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
ONSITE MEDELLIN: CAMACOL BUILDING
Monday to Friday - 7:00AM to 8:00PM (Within this range, schedules that do not exceed 42H per week are assigned)
Job description:
The Talent Services Account Manager is responsible for driving client satisfaction through a blend of technical onboarding, product training, and strategic account management.
This role serves as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless rollout of recruitment processes and technical solutions while proactively managing ongoing client relationships.
Skills: English C1 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management or technical implementation role. Experience in recruitment, ATS, or technical support is a plus.
Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions Client Relationship & Strategic Account Management Client Partnership & Communications:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
o Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, maintain communication through routine check-ins, monthly account reviews, and scheduled calls. Customized Support & Training:
o Conduct product training sessions and customize presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.
o Act as a voice of the customer within the organization,
gathering feedback and contributing to product and process improvements. Recruitment & Technical Implementation Support Recruitment Process Oversight
o Oversee end-to-end recruitment functions including candidate screening, job and creation approvals, and system setups (applications, career sites, adding users).
o Collaborate with internal teams to collect and refine job advertising information, ensuring compelling and compliant recruitment communications. Technical Setup & Troubleshooting:
o Manage technical product implementations including ATS configuration, technical troubleshooting, and support related to client-specific software features.
o Provide tier-1 technical support to resolve issues reported by clients or discovered during system testing. Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Analyze client data and generate reports that feed into monthly performance reviews.
o Create and present detailed reports and slide decks that outline campaign performance, client insights and actionable recommendations. Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
o Monitor and ensure process compliance with state laws, job board policies, and organizational standards.
o Identify potential churn risks and develop strategies to optimize client engagement, ensuring continuous process improvement and client retention.
