Modality: Remote Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (EST) Salary: $2,800,000 COP + Connectivity Allowance Start Date: June 29 What Youll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing offer stage) Source niche talent using LinkedIn Recruiter (daily use) Screen candidates and build strong pipelines beyond inbound applications Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Partner with hiring managers to define idóneo candidate profiles Track candidates and workflows in ATS (ADP Workforce Now)



Monitor hiring progress using tools like Asana Improve job postings to attract higher-quality talent What Were Looking For 13+ years of experience as a Recruiter (required) Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory) Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment Experience sourcing beyond job applications Advanced English (C1+ / near-native) Strong written communication and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple roles independently Key Strengths Resourcefulness & problem-solving Ownership & accountability Adaptability in fast-changing environments Strong organization & multitasking Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, tech, or niche recruiting
High-volume hiring environments
Familiarity with ATS (ADP) and tools like Asana
