About the Role

As Head of Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future. You’ll take ownership of our global operations, working hand-in-hand with our CEO to ensure our strategy is executed effectively. You’ll build the systems and processes needed to scale, manage a remote team, and oversee the daily operations that support our long-term growth. This role is adecuado for a “player-coach” comfortable with both high-level strategic planning, and the day-to-day details and execution of running a global agency business.
