Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Operations Specialist to coordinate projects and optimize our operational processes. You will be responsible for translating ideas and needs into documented, operational processes, ensuring that our platform and operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will integrate various software tools, manage and document processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to implement scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. Your ability to understand technology, find the best tools,



and implement them effectively will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Management: Develop, document, and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Software Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate software tools to optimize operations, such as payment processing (e.g., Stripe), notification systems, and customer management platforms.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects across different departments, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Communication Systems: Set up notification systems to inform stakeholders about sales and other key metrics.
- Documentation: Translate ideas and needs into clear, actionable documentation and operational plans.
