Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in developing and implementing customer listening channels, such as relationship and transactional surveys, to develop an understanding of customer sentiment related to KCP products and services;
- Analyse customer feedback results across regions, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and performance against ongoing initiatives
- Develop communications about customer insights and outcomes to a network of stakeholders across the globe;
- Provide recommendations and help influence strategic decision making, with ability to utilize data and insights to support decisions;




- Provide day-to-day support in technical implementation of listening channels in Qualtrics platform and by collaborating with integrated platforms’ support teams.
- Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
