Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with Organizational Change Management for transformation programs including architecting, developing or maintaining secure cloud solutions.
- Experience with Public Cloud technology and implementing cloud transformation.
- Experience with network security, data security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English.

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
- Experience leading professional services or consulting teams including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of complex professional services engagements.




- Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating model and organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) along with publicly reference-able blogs/white papers.
