Position / Intake Specialist
On site: ASTORGA - Calle 7D #43c-105, Medellín
Schedule: 45hrs semanales que se dividen en 5 días laborales en el rango de 7:00am a 7:00pm tomando en cuenta tu disponibilidad y la del cliente, y dos días off, uno fin de semana y otro entre semana.

Job description: The Intake specialist is the first point of contact with the firm. A legal intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for the law firm he or she will be representing. They are responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients.
Responsabilities: - Review new client intake packages. - Issue-spot and complete time-sensitive tasks - New client onboarding - Data entry and paperwork collection to ensure we obtain all pertinent information. - Take incoming calls and place outbound calls---60 % outbound, 40% incoming. - Understand the client´s platform of the firm to know where to transfer or enter data. - Place a number of outbound calls to ensure the data pending is obtained.





Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
- Experience working in a position that required use of at least two platforms related to CRM (Here we use Salesforce and Ring Central)
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Must enjoy talking on the telephone and have exceptional communications and customer services skills.
