What you’ll do

As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate a team of technicians, dispatching work, managing customer inquiries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks assignment to team members according to their expertise

Provide ongoing training to team members

Participate in the interview, training and onboarding of new team members

Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and parts. Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for field operations.

Ensure all field operations comply with safety regulations and standards.

Implement safety protocols and trainings

Performance evaluation and feedback

Implementing and managing field service management software.





Using technology to optimize scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Additional experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the field. Flexibility and adaptability to understand changing situations

Make informed decisions in a fast paced environment

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Keep track of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
