What you will be doing:
- Ensure the review of each assignment received and align the search strategy and process, in conjunction with the Placement hiring manager.- Implement and propose effective talent search and attraction strategies including job postings on specialized portals, social networks, professional networks, and other channels.Carry out other activities as instructed by their leaders.

Requirements & Qualifications:




- Knowledge of the recruitment and selection cycle.- Knowledge of office automation tools.- Experience in competency-based interviewing techniques.-
- Knowledge in the management of human talent search tools.- Knowledge in the use of Booleans to perform talent searches.-
- Knowledge in data-driven decision-making.- Knowledge in Market Research.- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter.

Basic education and experience required- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting profiles in the technology and software development sector.- English B2/C1.

Nice to have- Knowledge of AI tools- Experience in agile methodologies.
